Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and visionary business partner to join our journey. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, growth and success of our product. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the founding team to refine and execute our business strategy.

• Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships to enhance our product offerings and market reach.

• Leading business development (BETA Phase) efforts to acquire and retain clients.

• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform our product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

• Cultivating a strong network within the industry to stay ahead of emerging opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in business development, partnership management, or related roles.

• Deep understanding of the future of work landscape, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a results-driven mindset.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all aspects of our startup journey.

• At least 10 years experience in the advertising/marketing world - or at least deep knowledge and insights into the transformation the industry is experiencing right now.
